Charlie Wilkins built his first home immediately after graduating with a degree in construction engineering from Bradley University and this was just the start of his career in construction. For the next 20 years after opening his business in 1985, Charlie became a well known developer in single family and multifamily homes. Today, Charlie´s passion is in renovating homes, kitchens, bathrooms and offices that are functional, green focused, and keeping to design ethics. To Charlie the foundation of C&M Wilkins is the respect between his construction team and the clients, offering them a one stop shop while staying in budget and on time.

Maggie Wilkins´ background as an interior designer, 5 star chef and business coach came to good use when Charlie and she merged their companies. Maggie´s diversity in the industry offers clients a commitment to outstanding customer service based on her business ethics. Her focus today is making sure all the details are taken care of for the client and the C&M Team. She is also active in communities sitting on Green Alliance Boards.

Paula O´Connell designs environmentally conscious spaces for people to live in and to fulfill their purpose. With the current wave of interest in green living, choosing from the vast array of products and services available can be confusing and difficult. Using the tools of her training and "real world" expertise in interior design, Paula incorporates her connection to the natural world to create indoor and outdoor environments which are beautiful, healthy and uplifting for her clients. As an interior designer for over 25 years she has acquired the higher teachings in Feng Shui and ecological practices.
